Now this is cool

As is this:

Even if it is in Canada. (Ducks.)

BDS song and dance

I’ll admit I liked this action (for a righteous cause), but doesn’t this “performance”– at a supermarket in Philadelphia– make you want to go out and buy every Israeli product you can find?

Me too. If you live in the US or Canada, this website can help you find them.
As a partial antidote, read Denis MacShane’s [...]

Hot off the press: unlocked copy of Lambert’s Islamophobia report

This is a guest-post by Rayyan.
************
Earlier this morning the gorgeous Lucy Lips reported on a new publication called ‘Islamophobia and Anti Muslim Hate Crime’ produced by the Muslim Brotherhood’s think-tank at Exeter University.
Unfortunately, those of you wanting to read Bob Lambert and Githens-Mazer’s latest exercise in intellectual onanism would find it rather difficult. You see, [...]

Winter, Shminter; Fancy, Shmancy

For those interested in the history of how the Yiddishism of adding a second made up word after a word by changing the first syllable of that first word to a “shm” sound has pervaded the English language, I have a guest “From the Vaults” post up on Bob From Brockley’s blog. It does include one [...]

Lambert and Githens-Mazer: Lutfur Rahman and Hizb ut Tahrir

Earlier today, I blogged about a new publication: Islamophobia and Anti Muslim Hate Crime. The report is produced by the European Muslim Research Centre at Exeter University: an institution run by Messrs Lambert and Githens-Mazer, and has ties to individuals and organisations with a history of support for extreme politics including terrorism.

It should be [...]

The Islamists’ Last Throw Of The Dice: Lambert and Githens-Mazer’s New Report

In May 2008, we reported that a group of individuals with a long history of involvement in Islamist politics was planning to create an “Islamophobia Media Monitoring and Response Agency”. Those who were initially involved in the project were:

Carl Arrindell, until recently a disqualified director
Mohammed Ali Harrath, the CEO of the Islam Channel, whose channel has recently been [...]

Kim Dong-cheol: the Man Julian Assange Never Will Be

He looks like Elric but does not have the same awareness of his own lack of human understanding, and Julian Assange must now be running out of countries he safely can visit without fear of arrest or flavoured Russian cabbage soup.
In addition to reducing the Alan Partridge of human rights advocacy, Craig Murray to babbling [...]

Channel4 News Engages in Anti-Tamil Bigotry

Earlier this month the President of Sri Lanka, Mahinda Rajapaksa was reported to have canceled a visit to Britain amidst  fears that attempts would be made to have him detained under universal jurisdiction legislation.
He now has arrived in Britain, where he will meet with David Cameron and then address  the Oxford Union Society.
Channel4 News reported [...]

Oops, he did it again

Craig Murray, political activist and former ambassador to Uzbekistan:
[T]here is nothing [in Wikileaks] about Israel’s massive nuclear arsenal. That is not because WikiLeaks has censored criticism of Israel. It is because any US diplomat who made an honest and open assessment of Israeli crimes would very quickly be an unemployed ex-diplomat.
On the subject of being [...]

Wambulance wedux

Iran abused the strict neutrality of the Iranian Red Crescent (IRC) society to smuggle intelligence agents and weapons into other countries, including Lebanon during the 2006 war with Israel, according to claims in a leaked US embassy cable.
The society, which is supposed to be independent of government, is alleged to have provided cover for [...]
