This progamme was politically-driven, with irresponsible politicians pandering to the Far Right. It was the work of the desperate work of Jim Fitzpatrick MP to hold on to his seat as an MP. Now Jim this was the final blow you blowed to your self and hopefuly will see the end of you as an MP.

Jim you are a sad, disgraceful, lying, racists politian who is going to loose, so what do you do to a community that supported you before and right now you dishonoured them by not understanding their culture then stab them on their back.

The first Liberal Democrat Cllr in Waltham Forest was elected in the ward where the Editor of the “Militant” , now the General Secretary of the “Socialist Party in England and Wales” lived

If you’ve got the evidence, give it to the people who can act on it and accept that action might take longer than you’d hope.

What ’son of Billerickeydickey’ says above does not surprise me somehow. It’s an old tactic, the idea is to STOP other people, rather than to do something positive. In the days when I was a Labour Party activist (and very pally with Jeremy Corbyn, I should add) we saw it again and again from the right.

Another example of how IFE has consolodated its position in the local party is that it took control of the party executive last year with a number of IFE sympathisers (albeit they were only able to do this with support of a rump of Labour Left Briefing (Livingstonite) trots , unfortunatelty most of them simply weren’t up to the job

The secretary – Humayun Kobir recently resigned to spend more time on his studies. Most people thought the real reason was that he was finding hiding the fact that he lived in Ilford rather than Bethnal Green a bit too much.

The treasurer – Lutfur Rahman (same name, but not the leader of the council) failed to ever do the job and almost got the party fined by the electoral commission for failure to submit accounts. He eventually resigned after being threatend with a vote of no confidnece.

The womens officer – Rabina Khan (wife of Aminur Khan) has only been to one executive meeting and never organised an event or submitted a report

The membership secretary – Shafique Sadique / Aminur Khan. Both key IFE men. Shafique was another one that struggled with the commute from Ilford and resigned after a few months. Aminur was elected at a GMC which was mobbed by IFE members who hadn’t been seen all year, and promptly left after the election part of the meeting.
