Incidentally, there are some amusing responses from the True Muslims who like to leave dreary sanctimonious condemnations over at The Spittoon. One concludes of the MCB: ‘Insha’Allah this will only increase their status as organic and credible representatives’. LOL

The latest from the MCB in the person of general secretary Mohammad Abdul Bari in response to David Milliband’s proposed change to the universal law of jurisdition (which allows a very low level of court to issue arrest warrants brought by private individuals against foreign governments:

Mr Abdul Bari said: “It appears, that following the expression of strong disapproval and anger by the Israeli government, and representations by the Jewish Leadership Council, you have shown a willingness to review and remove the powers of magistrates in the UK to issue warrants of arrest against alleged Israeli war criminals”.

He accused Mr Miliband of “allowing political exigency to undermine and erode fundamental legal traditions and conventions which are centuries old”. He asked why the foreign secretary chose only to rely on Lord Pannick’s opinion and not sought different views.

The proposed change, he said, “sends out a clear signal that the government wants the courts to be subservient to political considerations”.

The letter ended by urging Mr Miliband of the “grave consequences of interfering with established legal procedures” and the damage it would do to Britain’s reputation both at home and abroad.

Er, no. Milliband is only proposing to change the law so that Britain isn’t made a laughing stock for allowing anyone with an axe to grind to use the very lowest level of court to harass people.

These videos are disgraceful. They vindicate Dr. Mohammed Naseem of the Birmingham Central Mosque, who said that dishonest people could fake anything on film. Uninformed folk seeing them for the first time might think that they are authentic. I believe they might also encourage homosexuality among men who have up till now only entertained pure thoughts about the various leaders depicted as chippendales.
