The problem with this video is that you can’t hear, at 5.10-5.13 or any other place a jeer of ‘Jew’ or ‘Jewishness’. As one of Hoffman’s most devoted supporters, I feel he is being deliberately provocative on this occasion. The evidence doesn’t stack up. And you Zionists simply make yourself silly in asserting that which is not true.

The BBC, notorious for its Zionist stance, backed off because the evidence was, well not good enough. And citing some Raheem of Tory Student Rights is hardly convincing evidence. More to the point, as I shall be pointing out in an article on my blog, Jonathan Hoffman initially never made such an allegation. It was only when Tory Raheem made the allegation that Mr Hoffman took it up and an idiot BBC reporter, rightly reprimanded, ran with it.

More interesting is the fact that Jonathan Hoffman has reported it to the Zionist CST. Is this, Mark Gardener, also being reported as an ‘anti-semitic incident’? Because if it is then it proves even more that your figures are demonstrably fixed. Useful to appeal for funds to guarantee your 5 figure salary but hardly proof of anything except a continuaion of the old Zionist smear tactic

I find Jim M’s comments, above, extremely disturbing. To demonize people because of their political beliefs is not acceptable behaviour in a civilised society, and when somebody claims that “most right thinking people” agree with their agenda and viewpoint, there can be no other purpose than to intimidate and vilify. Jim, I assure you that I am quite right-minded, I harbour no hatred in my heart for any other human being, and I support Zionism.

This is outrageous – Look how the BBC caved into the anti-Zionists – and look how the journalist, Ed Davey, was put through the wringer by his Editor, Hugh Berlyn, when his original story was entirely truthful:

“Thank you for your feedback to BBC News Online.
The background to the story about which you have complained is that the meeting at SOAS was highlighted to one of our journalists who was sent a video of the “incident”, which was also reported on Mr Hoffman’s blog.
The journalist contacted the Board of Deputies of British Jews who confirmed that they were aware of what had happened…indeed there had been a report in the Jewish Chronicle.
He also contacted the Zionist Federation and SOAS for comments. The SOAS press office confirmed that they were aware of the allegations of what had happened in the meeting.
The reporter also contact the SOAS Palestine Society, informing them of the accusations and emailing them links to Mr Hoffman’s blog and the video. The society told the reporter they could not comment.
After publication it quickly became clear that there was more to what had happened in the meeting than was apparent from the video and Mr Hoffman’s allegations. As soon as that became clear the story was amended to reflect the differing views of those who had been at the meeting.
It is regrettable that the original story did not reflect a wider range of views and the journalist concerned has been made well aware of the requirement to do so in the future.

I can’t make out “jew-ish” although, several times, there’s something that could be interpreted as “Jew”, in what appears to be the same male voice.
I do think that the peal of female laughter that greets Jonathan’s phrase “hate speech” is dismissive and disturbing, but I suspect it comes from one of the “as-a-Jews”.
It was a Scots male voice that delivers the immortal line “Go to your own meeting!”.
The fact remains that the UCU invited a man convicted of hate speech to address the meeting; that is a despicable and outrageous state of affairs, as is Hickey’s attitude.

Quite right. I used to know a lot of them at one time, in the early 1970s, British and Israeli members of the Dangoor and Kaduri and Zalikha clans (several generations of them, including those who were elderly by the time they left Iraq), and they would have laughed hysterically at the notion that they might have thought of themselves at any time as “Arabs”.

Thick racist scum are not known for their inventiveness. “Jude Jude Jude” was a popular kind of taunting chant in 30s Berlin, I believe
