The truth is never the goal for those that occupy the media. Agenda supersedes truth. That’s an unfortunate reality.

Well OK, shall we then consider all Muslims agree with and indeed are responsible for the following:

“It is not permitted to glorify buildings and historical sites, such action would lead to ’shirk’ because people might think the places have spiritual value”

A mosque is a building isn’t it?

Now I know the whabbi like to destroy things they deem a bit “dodgy”, for instance when they destroyed the grave of the original whabbi maniac’s mother Amina bint Wahhab, they bulldozed the site then poured petrol over it, nice, do all Muslims agree with that act?

They, the sunni Wahabbi maniacs like to destroy things that others believe are ‘holy’ don’t they, the graves of the Naqshabandi Sufi order in Iraq, Shiite mosques in Iraq, the al-Askariya mosque in Sammara for instance, in fact the day after the al-Askariya mosque was destroyed Shiites attacked 27 Sunni mosques in Baghdad didn’t they, were the attackers of these mosques sub-human? Are all Iraqi muslims guilty of these crimes?

Shiite mosques in Iran they too have been targeted haven’t they. Are the sunni Whabbi maniacs who attack Iranian mosques “sub-human”? Are all Iranian Sunni muslims guilty?

1883, the “Ottoman Sunni governor stormed the shrines of Hussein and Abbas in Kerbala and desecrated them by turning them into stables”. Were these ottoman sunni’s “Sub-human”? Were all the Ottoman Sunni muslims guilty of desecration?

Church of the nativity, april 2, 2002, “palestinians from Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Arafat’s Tanzim militia” desecrated bibles, looted valuables and planted bombs, does that mean all Palestinians are guilty? George Cattan, a Palestinian intellectual warned that ” In the West Bank and Gaza, armed Islamic movements regard Palestine as a Muslim waqf, and call to defend the places holy to muslims while disregarding the places holy to christians” are all Islamic movements guilty of this sort of belligerency or is it only the armed islamic movements?

There are literally thousands of instances of Islamic destruction of other faiths “holy” sites, I am not joking, there ARE thousands and they are just the ones that have made it into the historical record, how many have been forgotten? Were all these thousands of examples carried out by people who were sub-human? Are all Muslims guilty for these acts of desecration?

A mosque has been attacked, a “holy” site has been desecrated, only this time the outrage seems a little over the top, a little bit hysterical, the guilty this time are “sub-humans” and their countrymen are all to be judged guilty.

Well if all israeli Jews are guilty of this act of desecration then surely it should follow that all Islamic muslims are guilty of their fellow muslims actions of desecration, shouldn’t it?

Or is the outrage reserved only for certain “desecrators” only?

I invite anybody who disagrees with him to post a comment in his blog and see for yourself how he blocks rational discussion. Agree with him and your remark will be accepted, on the other hand.

Silverstein article:

Why inflame this criminal act? Because to Silverstein, this is, in reality, state sanctioned or at the very least, ignored by Israel authorities. Silverstein wants to use this act of hate by one or more Jews to inflame the public, and especially Muslims, against the Jewish state and the “Jewish settlement enterprise”. Ultimately, he is disappointed that Europe is not doing enough to pressure Israel. Europe, as a mediator, is simply failing in his view. He also believes that the settlements are the biggest obstacle to peace in the Middle East, and this represents the perfect opportunity to highlight the settlements, the settlers and, ultimately, Israel as anti peace. Of course, the right wing Netanyahu is viewed as anti Palestinian state anyway.

The connection of Israel to Nazi Germany. A comparison to the Holocaust. Silverstein is trying to inflame this event, to turn world opinion, to implore Muslims to protest the settlers and the burning of the Koran. Who can forget the reaction of Muslims to the false story that the US flushed the Koran down the toilet at the Guantanamo prison in Cuba? Rioting and killing by Muslims would work to his advantage. The more damage and deaths, the better, and the more that he hopes that this will convince European legislators that a settlement is only possible via the recognition of a, de facto, Palestinian state – his ultimate goal. A recent column by Silverstein advocated this solution. Why not work the settlers to your advantage?
