Without being familiar with human rights laws in either the UK or Sweden, I suspect your analogy is terribly flawed.

It’s one thing to form an affinity association for social purposes, it’s quite another to have different standards of conduct that allow a certain group to engage in conduct that is otherwise criminal in nature.

Its an extreme and offensive view but if the Swedes have open day on Antisemitism and don’t consider incitement to kill Jews (as opposed to Israelis) to be racist then what of the status of Jews in Sweden?
