Reading the swuppie’s idea of an intellectual, johng, smearing an article he’s never read and either won’t or can’t make any substantive argument against, only because the researcher who wrote it isn’t an antizionist, reveals just the kind of lame academic johng aspires to be.

Bonkers? No, just the bog standard routine for marginal pseudo-left agitprop promulgators. Entertaining? Again no. More like pathetic, if you consider that someday – before he has to be admitted to a nursing home due to advanced age- this clown may be entrusted to teach and grade students.

I watched as much of that video as I felt I could for so early in the morning Judy and was struck by a recognition of something that often recurs with critics of Israel.

That is their claim that whatever Israel does has always precisely been calculated to have the worst possible consequences for the Palestinians. However, the Palestinians themselves are represented by the same folk as innocent lambs in the wilderness who just wander into situations unawares, are misled by evil leaders and always we are told solemnly and earnestly, have the best possible intentions.

Thanks for clearing that up mesquito. I don’t see either you, me or CF as “haters” by the way. I do however wish CF would see something to emulate in your response and demonstrate that he is able to respond to criticism from interlocutors with a little more self-deprecation and candor and a little less passive-aggressive condescension.

Sorry mesquito, I’m still unclear. Are you saying that if CF were honest, (which presumes CF isn’t always honest), he’d call me a “hater” for having the audacity to point him to Yemini’s criticism of a human rights org. that you believe he would consider above criticism, or at least above criticism from a senior editor of a mainstream Israeli newspaper? Or are you saying that you think it would be honest to call me a hater?
