Conde Rice Shares Iftar Meal with Gaddafi, Says Meeting is Fruitful
06/09/2008 03:28:00

The Leader of the Revolution Muammar Al-Qathafi greeted Friday evening US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice at his official residence at Bab Al-Azizia in Tripoli and started by asking her how she was. "I am very well, thank you," she answered.

Secretary Rice offered Al-Qathafi greetings from President George W. Bush and Gaddafi asked Conde about the impact of Hurricane Gustav on the US Gulf Coast this week. Rice recounted that, while Gustav had done less damage than feared, other tropical storms were churning toward the US.

Scotland has done NOTHING to compare with George W. Bush befriending and bargaining with Moammar Gaddafi.

So much for George W. Bush's "World War on Terror;" it was a gimmick, he was FIRST in line for Libya's oil. Don't kid yourselves.

Where was all this indignation when George W. Bush embrace, literally, Gaddafi? and welcomed him back into the country that the USA deals with? Where were you then???

Brett

5 months before the Lockerbie atrocity, 290 people were killed when an Iranian airliner was shot down by a US ship in the persian gulf.

So far no one has been brought to justice despite all the evidence.

Read Brian Wilson, 'The SNP stunt has shamed my nation' in the Telegraph 22 August, then if you don't agree with him watch 'Braveheart' three times in a row.

The SNP is a big business party with its heartland in the North East of Scotland. It has oil coming out of every pore.

If anyone still doubts the need for clean coal technology and for nuclear power, then the answer is now "Lockerbie".

Oh, well, we should at least get a public inquiry now. And when MSPs reconvene on Monday, then there will be, as there always are, far more of them not from the SNP than from it. So if they wanted Kenny McAskill's scalp, then they could certainly have it. And if his, then how not Alex Salmond's?

What a shambles devolution is, when something like this can happen! And are the SNP just first-timers out of their depth, with no idea what the unwritten rules are? Or are they a lot more sinister than that?

Of course one could talk about the hypocricy of people like
Brown and Milliband. But it´s too obvious.

It still remains, that one of the few British politicians to come out of the Megrahi affair with credit is David Cameron, for his condemnation of the decision.

Meanwhile:

"Brown stays silent amid fury at Megrahi release"

 AND:

"Of course it was all about trade deals"

Dermot Moloney: I believe Baxter Parp is referring to British companies getting contracts for Libyan oil.

The way things are going with the SNP govt. I can see that there is a real need for a regime change in Scotland. The first approach should be through covert action to destablize the Scottish economy like was done in Chile after Allende was elected in order to have the SNP voted out at the next election or if need be have them overthrown by the Scottish military. If this fails, I see no alternative but to follow the precedent set in the last Act of Macbeth and overthrown the Scottish govt through a joint US-British intervention as was done in Iraq.
(The previous paragraph is a joke, I hope, not a prediction.)
