The thing about curses anyway is that they are pretty much a placebo effect
Point of pedantry but it’s a nocebo effect if it’s harmful, there was a cover story about it on the New Scientist a couple of weeks back and the apparent power of voodoo curses are seemingly
an example of the effect in action.

Don’t you know when to stop? You’ve known what Redwatch is and what it’s for for years, and don’t pretend otherwise. You went on Green Arrow Paul Morris’s blog to encourage BNP members to send photo’s to Redwatch. You’ve left threats on Lancaster, Kirklees and Norfolk Unity thinking they wouldn’t be able to trace you, but they did Mrs Walton, didn’t they?

awww Sue R so kind, but it is more cheap science fiction/fantasy. You know those you used to find in a basket at Woolies when they were 9 new P the same price as 10 no six (regal were too posh).

I am trying to write a prose poem to my recntly departed Dad in the form of a Hywel but stern high minded ministers loom up in my consciousness when I do.

At the moment its piched somewhere between the ancient Hywel and Frank O’hara (new york expressionist poet beacutiful poem ‘The day Lady died’ on the death of Billy Holiday).

Poor Frank had just finished a poem called ‘no more dying’ when he was hit and killed by a Beach Buggy on Fire Island.

What a wonderfully silly way to go (he had to put up with Alan Ginsberg chanting mantras over his grave, I imagine he didn’t want to linger after that).

My favourite american poet.
