Apologies, I must have missed Martin Luther Major’s “tolerant society” (it looked like a bloke out of his depth implementing his predecessor’s socially divisive policies slightly less brutally to me), so I’m unable to pinpoint at which point Labour poisoned the dream with racism. I do however note that it was under Major’s premiership that the BNP won its first council seat, a fact which may be of more interest to psephologists than your heartwarming tale of Manchester United shirts.

To paraphrase some journalist whose name i don’t recall; “were the BNP to win 2 or 3 seats it would be a good thing. If, on the other hand, they were to win 2 or 3 hundred, then I’d leave the country”.

If labour wishes to maintian its profile and status, it’ll haver to place severe restriction onimmigration, particularly Muslim immigration, but then that would go against the cherished hobbyhorse so many leftsts have been riding.

What I,d like to know is this; are the BNP more popular with female or with male voters?

The BNP hold 0.4% of local council seats and 0% of parliamentary seats. Even at their most successful in by-elections, they’ve barely been able to scrape in third. I think we worry too much about the BNP numpties, while their Islamic counterparts are still hoovering up the hors d’oeuvres at various government departments.
