The IDF’s “investigations” normally lead nowhere. In the case of the use of Palestinians as human shields, the practice was “banned” by the High Court in 2005, yet the 11-year-old girl in the video was used as a human shield in Operation Hot Winter in early 2007!!

Similarly, the High Court “banned” the use of “physical pressure” on prisoners in 1999, yet Luai Ashkar was paralyzed by sadistic Israeli torturers in 2005 (same link as above).

As you can see, the fact that Israel “investigates” means nothing because those “investigations” fail to stop the country’s human-rights abuses.
