Your threat to beat the crap out of me was read not only by “El Pulpo” but by other people, including myself, and you do read, quite often, the blog in whose comment section you have threatened me and others: Caracas Chronicles. But the interesting bit is that I have never threatened you, if anything I have called you a liar, which you are, as I have demonstrated. The thug part, I won’t even dignify with a reply, suffice to say that it is you the one who boasts about having been brought up in a “tough London barrio” and having beaten someone so badly that it needed reconstructive surgery to his face. I have never done, nor am I planning to do, anything of the sort in my life. Readers will form their own opinions as per who fits better the definition of thug around here.

However the supporter of terrorism bit merits addressing again. You support Hamas, and its terrorists actions against Israel. You support Chavez, who is a known supporter of Colombian narco-terrorists from the FARC. You have a track record of snapping violently at the minimum confrontation. The aforementioned is a definition of a “self declared supporter of terrorism.”

But you are making progress Tucker, you have recognized that I am a “fantasist”. See, what you call my fantasies have harmed no one. However, and this is the bit that continues to escape your understanding, the reconstructive surgery of that victim of your violence wasn’t a fantasy: the killings of Chavez weren’t a fantasy; the deaths left in the wake of terrorists attacks by Hamas and FARC are not a fantasy; the millions who have died under communist rule are not a fantasy; the fact that 11 million Cubans are held prisoners in their country is not a fantasy; the threats, intimidation, terror tactics and political prosecution exercised as a state policy by those you’re infatuated with is not fantasy.

Do you understand now, or shall I continue embarrassing your intellect?

Someone called “El Pulpo” writing a comment about me in a blog I don’t read is not evidence of anything. My positition is as previously stated: If I am threatened or attacked by any opposition thugs including self declared supporters of terrorism like yourself, I have the legal right to defend myself, and I will.

Here we go again. I have already replied to all your qualms and restating them as if I had never addressed them is not something that will embarrass me. But definitely something that should embarrass you as it questions your reading skills.

But reading you I find out that this is not the point anymore: the only person that should be truly embarrassed here is you who support a wanna-be dictator, a corrupt regime, a violence preaching politician, and consequently an antisemite to boot. If anything, you would look less of a creep if you admitted being supported directly or indirectly by chavismo monies. You would have at least an excuse.

As Daniel says above, you can spout baseless allegations and propaganda until Chavez’s tenth consecutive ruling period, however repetitive your approach you are a person of no consequence, not in the politics of this country, much less in those of mine. Deal with it, instead of accusing and threatening people that have got nothing to do with your life traumas. Take your resentment to the Labour Party, or to Galloway, become one of Red Ken’s henchmen or something. Mind you one of them said once “The ruling class must know that they will be killed if they do not allow a take-over by the workers.” You’ll fit right in.

As per deranged, I take that you refer to my not being of sound mind. So let me analyze your state of mind.

You cheer for communism, a system that, above all, eliminates rights and criminalizes dissent, ergo rebelling against the system is just not possible.

You cheer for terrorist groups that conduct indiscriminate attacks on innocent people.

You cheer for the Cuban dictator, one whose policies and actions have caused thousands of deaths and one that has subjected 11 million people to 50 years of misery. The imperialist designs of this same dictator have caused tremendous suffering and deaths beyond the borders of his prison island.

You cheer for the Venezuelan caudillo, also know as the Tropical Mussolini, whose first political act was to conduct a coup d’etat against a democratically elected government. The resulting end product, built upon many killings, you have famously termed as “tactical success”. You are convinced that the end justify the means.

You take pride in beating an individual so badly that it ended needing reconstructive surgery to his face. You also boast about your tough-guy credentials, gained in a London barrio.

You have publicly threatened people that have got nothing to do with you or your country, merely on the basis of disagreements about the political situation of a country completely alien to you, so much in fact that you don’t even speak the language of that country.

You have been arrested for actually being involved in violent protests.

You spend inordinate amounts of time defending dictators, fascists, putschists, and ideologies that have demonstrably failed.

You quote my writings selectively and always out of context. The difference between writing and physical action continues to elude you. I am not infallible, I have written things that I shouldn’t have and, upon realization of my errs, I have stopped. You on the other hand, grew up surrounded by violence in a “tough London barrio”, your first recourse when confronted seems to be either violence or threats, as those made to me and others.

The funniest part, is that you accuse me of being deranged for having used the very same arguments that form the basis of your personality. The difference between arguments and actions continues to escape you, and your characteristic moral relativism undermines whatever position you could possible advocate for.

It is you who have been arrested. It is you who have beaten the hell out of people. It is you who grew up in a purportedly violent barrio. It is you who cheer for dictators and systems based on violence. It is you who sees no problem in killing so long as such killing produces desired dividends.

Me? I believe in democracy, in justice and the rule of law. I believe dictators of any tendency should be brought to justice and pay for whatever crimes they’ve committed. I believe that one individual has as much right to defend himself as the next, regardless of political positions. It’s called inalienability.

If anything, I am but a literary mirror image of you, with the difference that what I have argued, in a handful of instances and without harming anyone, is a reflection of the violent nature and actions that you, and your idols, practice on a regular basis.

Why not follow the Chilean example? Because is a prime example of what a hard right dictator can achieve. The left hasn’t got such examples to showcase so it attacks. Little do they talk about the real changes in real terms for the people of Chile, much less about how Fidel Castro’s puppet Allende was but another Chavez. The question remains though, where’s our Pinochet?
