re. the Scots nationalist thing, what is disturbing is the spread among students and the young. It reminds me of the antisemitism of German students in the 19th and 20th centuries. The election of Mordechai Vanunu as effective patron saint of Glasgow university. All this SPSC thinks is a great success. But, I think, its greatest, most catastrophic effect will be the tendency to make Scottish campuses less and less appealing to Jewish students. And the fewer Jewish students, the fewer to make a counter-case, or correct misrepresentations.
