In Germany, Hitler was off the list. In Portugal, Salazar was not off the list because the enemies of democracy and others that think that they can promote democracy by allowing the missuse of free speech to falsify History pressured enormously through the blogsphere. All of this despite the fact that the Portuguese Constitution forbids the apology of Fascism... social republican:
